This Privacy Policy explains how Al Adrak Portal ("the App") collects, uses, and protects
information when you use the App. The App is intended exclusively for employees of Al Adrak Group.
1. Information We Collect
Account credentials – Employee ID and password, used solely for authentication.
Employee profile data – Name, designation, department, email address, and profile photo provided by the organization's HR system.
Form data – Leave applications, OT requests, BYOD requests, rejoining forms, and exit forms that you submit through the App.
Device camera & storage – Accessed only when you use the Bill Scan or file attachment features. Photos and files are sent to the organization's server and are not stored locally beyond the session.
Attendance / punching data – Fetched from the organization's server for display; not collected independently by the App.
2. How We Use Your Information
To authenticate you and display your employee profile.
To submit and track HR requests (leave, OT, BYOD, exit, rejoining).
To display attendance records and task progress.
No data is used for advertising, analytics platforms, or third-party sharing.
3. Data Storage & Security
All data is transmitted over HTTPS to Al Adrak's servers at adraklive.com.
Your login credentials are stored securely on your device using Android's encrypted
Flutter Secure Storage (backed by the Android Keystore). No data is shared with
third parties outside the Al Adrak organization.
4. Data Retention
Data is retained on the organization's servers in accordance with Al Adrak's internal HR
data retention policy. You may contact your HR department to request access to or deletion
of your personal data.
5. Permissions Used
INTERNET – Required to communicate with the Al Adrak HR server.
CAMERA – Used only for the Bill Scan (OCR) feature.
READ_MEDIA_IMAGES / READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE – Used only when attaching files to forms.
6. Children's Privacy
The App is intended for employees aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes
constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
